Debrief in a single, 90-minute one-on-one session regarding your adverse event. We will work to consider elements within your control and those outside of your control, and how you can grow from the event moving forward. We will work to remove the emotional connotation from the event and deconstruct the event into its objective elements that can help with perspective-shifting and personal growth.

Second Victim Recovery Pathway

Engage in six one-on-one coaching sessions regarding your adverse event and its impact on you personally and professionally. Journaling will be encouraged with prompts provided. Topics covered will include: Coping with Shame, Guilt & Grief, Rebuilding Your Confidence Post-Error, and Moving Forward with Compassion.

Second Victim Recovery Workshops

Work with peers who are also navigating the Second Victim Phenomenon via a virtual half-day workshop to be scheduled at participants' convenience. Learn from each other's experiences and recovery journeys to regain professional confidence and enhance personal resilience moving forward. A minimum of 3 participants is required for workshop scheduling.
